Why has my payment failed?- There are many reasons payment errors can occur and several steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method. If problems persist, please contact your bank or card issuer, as it is possible your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact our customer care team.
Orders are packed on the next working day and delivered
within 3-5 working days of purchasing or next day, depending on delivery option
chosen when checking out.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an
email with tracking information.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal
Mail, Hermes and DPD.
Some couriers require a signature upon delivery. If no
one is available to accept the parcel, the courier will attempt to leave the
parcel with a neighbour. A card will be posted through your door with further
delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave
the parcel with a neighbour.
If the parcel cannot be left in a secure place or at a
neighbour, the courier will attempt to make a delivery and/or obtain a
signature up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to our warehouse
If you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or
rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. We always aim to
deliver your order within 7 working days, but it’s subject to postcode and
We can ship items with next day delivery, however, this depends on where the specific products are stored. If you need express shipping, please contact us and we'll be able to advise you on the earliest delvery date availbale.
If your item is out of
stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item
comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be
shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, your order will be
cancelled and you’ll be refunded.

wait, please contact Customer Services to cancel your order.
Why doesn't my tracking number work?- Sometimes the shipping carriers take up to 24 hours to display tracking information on their websites. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.
What is your return policy?- Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. We’ll provide a full refund for your order within 30 days of purchase. For refund requests, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of your return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags and labels attached. Additionally, all hosiery must be returned unopened.
When will I receive my exchanged item?- If you have requested an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have received the returned goods in our fulfilment centre. Please leave a few extra days for the return to be processed and the new item[s] to be shipped. Please keep in mind if the item that you request is out of stock, it may take longer for your exchange to be shipped out. We’ll do our best to get it sent out to you as soon as possible! You can also let us know if you’d prefer to cancel this item or exchange it for an alternate item that is available on the website.
The Gift Card has no value unless activated at the point of sale;
The amount printed on the card is the maximum value available to spend;
Any remaining balance will be replaced with a gift card to the value of £5, £10 or £25, which may be used towards future purchases. The difference between the remaining balance and the new gift card will be annulled;
This card does not have an expiry date, however Accessory World reserves the right to annul old cards if deemed necessary;
This card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, no change will be given and Accessory World will not be liable to replace the card in the event of it being lost, damaged or stolen;
This card is not a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card;
